David Bolte was appointed as the company's Corporate Secretary effective January 1, 2010, and as Deputy General Counsel in June 2013. Mr. Bolte has over twenty-five years of industry experience with the company or one of its predecessor companies. Mr. Bolte has been a member of the Iowa bar since 1987.
